Pei-Chun (Petrina) Feng is a professor of Administration Management Department at the Central Police University of Taiwan. She earned her PhD in management. Her areas of research interest include business ethics, public budgeting, peak performance, behavior accounting, police policy, and governmental procurement.
Dr. Feng's professional life has been an integration of teaching management, researching management, and practicing management in public sector especially in police organization.
